• Happy September. Without as many visulal queues as I used to have on the east coast, it's hard to believe September is here. September is always a busy time of year for most folks, and marks the start of my favorite season. Even without rustling leaves and brisk breezes, I still enjoy it, especially on the west coast with the hottest months of the year.
• Only 2 more weeks until my 150 mile bike ride for MS. I've raised $1400 to date. Thanks for all your support. I am feeling somewhat ready as I've been doing weekly training rides and also training for my 3rd olympic triathlon this year the Santa Cruz Triathlon. After September, it will be nice to take a few weeks off!
